Gugulethu-Sofia Mbatha or Gugu Mbatha Raw is an actress British actress who gained recognition for her performance in the television show 'Doctor Who. The British Science-fiction TV series shown on BBC. Gugu gained fame for her role as Tish Jones. This was the character's sister. Handler began to do stand-up comedy full-time after she turned 21. She realized she was gifted with story telling. Handler began her professional career becoming a member of the female-only Oxygen group, who was a part of a television show called Girls Behaving Badly. This series was known for its hidden camera and the practical joke. From 2002 until 2005, the show was aired. The host worked on many other shows like Weekends at D.L. The Bernie Mac Show My Wife and Kids, The Practice as well as Weekends at D.L. Handler also began working as the correspondent to The Tonight Show. Handler had her biggest break in 2006, as she took over hosting of E! named The Chelsea Handler Show. The show ran for 2 seasons. Handler was a performer at the Comedy Central Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour in the United States in the following year. VH1, Comedy Central Premium Blend and HBO have broadcast her stand-up performance.
